  1. Solar parks totaling 36,509 MW – Valea Mare, Covasna County – Almost RTB
    Installed proposed capacity – 36,509 MW
    Total Land: 48 ha – 2 plots of Land in concession from local authorities for 49 years – 22,5 ha (20,865 MW) & 25,6 ha (15,644 MW)
    Main Steps completed:
    Building Permit: issued on 31.01.2024
    Solution Study and all documents submitted for ATR. ATR expected to be received in a month. The technical Commission of Transelectrica already approved the project, but they still wait for ATR. The new estimation is November 2024.
    After ATR, the Owner will prepare the signing of the connection agreement, and the project will be RTB.
    The concession price is 700 euro/ha/year.
    Asking price is 100.000/MW with ATR is issued, negotiable.

2. RTB solar park – 119,7 MW – Dobra, Dambovita County

Power: 119,7 AC and 127,4 DC.

The project is owned by the Dobra Project SPV. Share deal.

The project has the permits for all the construction works (park, stations, and cable). It s very ready to build project.

Connection contract signed.

No reinforcements need.

In a very good geographical area, with a very good sun ratio.

Land: 131,13 ha for the park, owned by the Seller. At the connection point there is also 7 ha of land leased from the local authorities for future development of storage.

One of the most important advantages is that the grid connection deadline is already allocated, end of 2025, as soon as it is built, energy can be delivered to the network, unlike other projects that received 2030 the soonest deadline. 

There are already opened discussions with EBRD and BT BANK for the financing of the project and any buyer can be introduced in the process.

Land is owned by the current owner.

Asking price for Land is 25.000 Eur/ha or 2200 Eur/ha/year lease. The owner is opened to any of the options.

For the connection is needed:

One conversion station 20/110 kV, 1×160 MVA – in the park

One conversion station 110/220 kV, 1×160 MVA – near the connection point. Is a station for conversion from 1220 to 220 kilovolts

One connection station for the actual connection to the national grid, provided in the connection contract. The design cost of the station was paid recently, approx 320.000 Eur.

From the park to the connection point are 13,6 km of cable. The land for the stations from the connection point are also secured.

Asking price is 100.000 Euro/MW, the price can be discounted if the Potential Buyer will give access to its connection solution to the current Owner for a near-by future project.

Total asking price as is: 11.970.000 Euro

3. 37 Ha arable land with distance from Timisoara is 15 km.

Land outside the village in the town of Parta, Timis county. Ideal for the construction of a photovoltaic park. Composed of 2 plots of 32.3 ha and 4.7 ha, separated by the 110 kV power line.
